Forms Available Through myCoyote

In-depth information about the policies for the following forms are available through the Registrar. However, to officially add or drop a course you will need to log into your myCoyote account.

·  Add/Drop Slips (now Enrollment Permission Request).

·  Simultaneous Enrollments (now Enrollment Permission Request). 

·  Course/Unit Overloads (now Enrollment Permission Request)

·  Petition to add a course after census (now Enrollment Permission Request). 

·  Petition to drop a course after census (now Enrollment Permission Request). 

·  Withdrawals

·  Grade Changes

·  EFA - exception from the audit (Course Substitutions)

After logging in to your myCoyote account, you can add, drop, or swap a course by clicking on the "My Academics" tile.

However, for permission to add a course that is full, has a time conflict, needs a permit or instructor's consent, or if you would like to overload or add a class after the census deadline or without requisites being met, you will also need to click on the "Permission Request" tile after clicking on the "My Academics" tile. 

For permission to drop a course after the census deadline, you will need to click on the "Permission Request" tile after clicking on the "My Academics" tile.
